What happens next after your referral?
COMPLIMENTARY INITIAL APPOINTMENTS
After we receive your referral, we will take care of everything. Our team will contact your patient to schedule their first visit with us. First visits at our office are complimentary, regardless of their insurance situation.
At this first appointment, we will conduct a thorough assessment, including X-rays, scans, and photos. This helps us to establish a baseline and develop recommendations for their orthodontic treatment plan.
After your patient has completed their initial consultation, we’ll send you a letter outlining their treatment plan. We will keep you fully informed of their treatment and progress and, as their primary care dentist, you are welcome to reach out with any questions or requests for updates throughout their care.
When Treatment Begins
KEEPING CONNECTED WITH PRIMARY CARE DENTISTS
If your patient goes ahead with orthodontic treatment, we will submit a pre-authorization claim on their behalf and schedule their next appointments.
The team at Waldorf Orthodontics will keep you informed, and we also encourage patients to continue their regular cleaning and checkups with their primary care dentists throughout their orthodontic treatment.
